Andi Alleman’s whole career has been in the beauty space. She started on the spa and salon side, as a salon manager, right out of college. Then, she worked for Aveda for 10 years in sales, education, marketing and operations. In 2014, Alleman left Aveda and moved into consulting Fortune 500 brands and independent brands.
Having a background in beauty, Alleman was always thinking about products that she would need. She was also working as a travel writer and travel blogger, where she had a robust readership. She wanted skincare she could travel with, that also had the science and efficacy of her favorite skin care brands. She also wanted ingredients like tretinoin and retinols to get great results as she was moving into her 40’s. She wasn’t finding ingredients that she felt prepped the skin properly for time outdoors or had that retinol experience, without the requirement of staying out of the sun. She looked for something that was sun safe but could give a retinol like result, not being able to find anything, she started Casa Noon Beauty.
With Casa Noon Beauty, Alleman is applying the skills she learned from her time with those beauty companies. She still needed to find the right chemist and the right company to partner with that would work with her as an indie brand from the ground up. It took her three years for the research and development. She went through three different chemist and manufacturing partner before she found the right fit for her brand.
The first product is the Sabbatical Hydrating + Balancing Serum. It launched on Feb, 6, 2026. Alleman described it as an after sun aloe. It has marine algae and sea moss barrier supporting complex, and RetinART, which performs at the same level as a retinol or bakuchiol or tretinoin without the irritation or sun sensitivity. It is an AM/PM that can be used every day as a post or pre-sun. It is suggested that it be paired with an SPF.
“It’s not to replace your sun protection, it’s about prepping your skin to spend time in the elements, then supporting your skin after you’re in the elements,” she said.
In a skin care routine, Sabbatical Hydrating + Balancing Serum would be the step after the cleanser and before a moisturizer or SPF. Alleman said it does the job of an essence because it preps the skin. In the evening, it would be used after cleanser and before a night cream or balm. Because it is highly concentrated, using every day in the morning and evening, it can last for about two and a half month.
Alleman said that Sabbatical Hydrating + Balancing Serum is perfect for the woman who is on the move, she is going to workout, going to the office, or picking up the kids from car pool, and wants a skin care routine that she feels is easy to implement and has high efficacy and the science behind it. She has heard from women who have used the serum is that it creates ease in their routine and their skin looks and feels great.
Alleman is working on an SPF for Casa Noon Beauty, as well as a night recovery balm. After that, there will be a cleanser and a lip SPF. She said the goal is that within the next two years, Casa Noon Beauty will have a full collection for face and skin.
