We are an ICONS Beauty Group company. We provide domestic USA manufacturing at our HQ manufacturing facility in North Carolina and globally sourced primary packaging, from design to delivery.

Based near Charlotte, North Carolina, our headquarters is home to our injection molded, In-Mold Label (IML) tube manufacturing facility providing customers with a sustainable, made-in-the-USA manufacturing solution, reducing carbon footprint and transportation lead times for North American destinations.
Our 160,000 sq ft, ISCC PLUS certified manufacturing facility currently specializes in injection molded, IML tubes and caps for the beauty, wellness, and health industry, with plans to expand into other Made-In-USA packaging solutions, including new innovations in tubes, caps, bottles, and jars.
We have also significantly increased our efficiency and further reduced our carbon footprint with domestically sourced resin material.

ICONS America’s innovative and patented In-Mold-Label (IML) tubes combine cutting-edge technology with domestic production, offering a sustainable future without compromising luxury. They feature 360˚ full-surface decoration with virtually no limits, are recyclable, mono-material, and available with PCR. Offered in round and oval tubes (35mmD, 40mmD, 50mmD), they come with a variety of caps and closures, including in-mold matte or glossy styles, deco alignment features, flip-top, snap-on, and screw-on options. The innovative IML manufacturing technology enables stunning decoration that extends over the shoulder (no halo) and an almost invisible join line. IML tubes offer a variety of finishes—matte, glossy, or a combination—and decoration options including digital print with metalized effects, CMYK, invisible inks, and individual tube serialization, as well as flexography and hot or cold stamping and holographic effects.We also offer a wide selection of color cosmetics, skincare, haircare and wellness primary packaging including tubes, jars, bottles, tottles, lip packaging, pencils, pansticks, pumps and sprayers, droppers, compacts, palettes, mascara and eyeliner wands, click pens and more.
