Help release built-up strain in your client’s muscles by soothing and smoothing muscle tension from the upper body all the way to their fingertips during this one day class. You will learn two routines which may be offered individually or combined for a truly indulgent experience. Combining relaxation and toning movements on the neck, melting tension in the upper back and easing tightness in the upper chest allowing oxygen and nutrients to flow freely to the upper body and ultimately to the face. Less tension in the body leads to less tension in facial expression. Moving to the arms to untangle tightness and increase flexibility makes this technique ideal for anyone working with their hands for a living.
