Coastal Salt & Soul has brought in a new board member to assist in expansion and an omnichannel strategy.

Coastal Salt & Soul has appointed former La Lumiere chief revenue officer, Marina Randolph (pictured), to its board of directors. The brand is specifically focused on Randolph's experience with rapid-growth startups and omnichannel expertise.

Randolph will work with Coastal Salt & Soul Founder, Alisa Marie Beyer, to build the brand's position in the prestige bath and body marketplace.

"With its consistently increasing revenues, industry accolades, and growing sales partnership opportunities, the brand is in a fortuitous position for me to join its board of directors, and I couldn’t be more excited to begin.”

“We are very pleased to welcome Marina to our board of directors,” said Beyer. “Marina has an incredibly impressive background in the beauty and direct-to-consumer industry. Her unique, cross-functional background transcends major beauty blockbusters like Murad, Beachbody and Guthy-Renker, to start-ups like La Lumière and Breakthrough In Beauty. Randolph’s established experience and validated success are exactly what we are looking for as we continue to build our board.”

“I have known Alisa for many years, and her passion for connecting with women through the development of innovative and compelling products and brands has been an inspiration to me throughout my career – and Coastal Salt & Soul is no exception,” said Randolph. "With its consistently increasing revenues, industry accolades, and growing sales partnership opportunities, the brand is in a fortuitous position for me to join its board of directors, and I couldn’t be more excited to begin.”
