We're early into 2024, and winter has already brought on harsh temperatures and even dryer skin. Following last summer's sun exposure, winter is a time to repair, recover and nourish the skin heading into the new season. The Spa at Whiteface Lodge is offering guests treatments that target winter's affect on the skin and revive that summer glow.

1. HydraFacial

HydraFacial leaves skin smooth and glowing for weeks with its resurfacing and fusion technology. Antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acids are infused into the skin while simultaneously exfoliating. Designed for all skin types, this refining treatment will improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while providing intense hydration that the skin desperately needs right now.

2. Hydrating Warm Oil Scalp Massage

Winter skin care recovery isn’t only for the face. In this treatment, warm vitamin E oil is applied to the scalp, head, neck and shoulders for a luxurious experience. Guests may also choose a personal aroma to enhance relaxation and encourage mindfulness. This is a rich finish to complete any massage experience.

3. Great Salt Lake Bath and Massage Ritual

To be enjoyed alone or with a loved one or friend, this 50 minute Traditional Therapeutic Massage service instills relaxation and promotes healthy skin. Afterwards, rejuvenate further by submerging in a warm hydrotherapy bath filled with sea salts, magnesium and arnica. This mixture of minerals extends the benefits of the massage and the treatment also offers an oversized hydrotherapy tub.
