Spas and Suppliers Give Back During Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Dermalogica helped raise more than $10,000—including $2,500 from the Dermalogica Foundation—for Pink-Link, a breast cancer organization funding the creation of online information and support for survivors and others touched by the disease. During October, Red Mountain Resort & Spa in St. George, UT, is hosting a series of educational events and offering services focusing on the wellness of breast cancer survivors. It also is teaming with the Dixie Regional Medical Center to offer Survivor’s Spa Tapas—refreshments and wellness treatments—to area survivors. 877-246-4453

Employees from Simply Skin, A Day Spa Experience in Toms River, NJ, participated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in New York City and held a fundraiser at the spa to prepare for the event.
