The Massage Therapy Foundation (MTF) announced that its International Massage Therapy Research Conference will be an in-person event on May 12-13, 2022, in Alexandria, Va.

Occurring every three years since 2010, the conference brings together massage and manual therapy practitioners, educators, thought leaders, researchers, allied health professionals, and others interested in massage research from around the globe.

The research conference provides an opportunity to contextualize and evaluate scholarly research findings as well as disseminate and discuss current research and groundbreaking innovations in order to facilitate a learning environment about the latest science to apply in practice.

The conference is sponsored by the American Massage Therapy Association.
