Four hotels of the project's 15 will be completed during phase one of construction.
The Kleindienst Group has announced phase one of its $5 billion resort project The Heart of Europe–featuring a floating underwater spa and 15 hotels and resorts in Dubai–is on track to be complete in Q4 2020, according to an article on CLADnews. Once phase one is finished four hotels will be completed.
The project, which was initially announced in 2014, spans across six man-made islands: Germany Island, Sweden Island, Switzerland Island, Cote D’Azur Resort, Honeymoon Island and The Floating Venice Island, according to the article. The islands are designed to appear as a map from an aerial view.
