Earlier this month, Rosewood Puebla announced that the property’s Sense, A Rosewood Spa would open on May 25, 2017, with a range of spa treatments inspired by the history of Mexico.

Among some of the signature treatments that will be offered at this spa include:

  • Talavera Massage. A massage inspired by the city’s hand-made pottery. The treatment uses mineralizing clay and onyx stones for a deep muscle massage.
  • Volcanic Mud Cure.  Taking nutrient rich materials from Puebla’s four surrounding volcanoes, the treatment includes a volcanic ash scrub and volcanic mud wrap.
  • Ancient Tired Legs Cloth Ritual. Taking inspiration from a local remedy for muscle pain and circulation, the treatment is a hot cloth wrap infused with rosemary and cinnamon.
  • Angel’s Infusion. A combination of chamomile, mint, marjoram and thyme that helps with breathing and clearing past energy.
