The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is now harnessing the benefits of vitamin C and botanicals by incorporating a new skin care line, emerginC, into several new treatments. emerginC features a wide variety of products for all skin concerns, from acne to anti-aging.
“We are very excited to introduce emerginC professional spa treatments to our resort guests and local community,” says Derek Hofmann, director of spa at Four Seasons Resort Orlando. “emerginC has a terrific reputation for global awareness, touching everything from fair trade ingredients, tree planting for every retail product purchased and much more," Hofmann said.
Launched in 1996, all emerginC products are paraben free, contain no synthetic colors or fragrances, and are sourced naturally and responsibly wherever possible. Its products incorporate peptides and plant stem cells, potent botanicals, antioxidants and natural fruit acids, as well as active, stable vitamin C serums. The brand uses three types of non-irritating, active, lipid and water-soluble vitamin C, which is said to help improve uneven tone, fight sun damage and improve skin tone and texture.
The available treatments include:
- Swift Lift Peptide Firming Facial ($165, 50 min.): This is said to actively firm, lift and address the visible signs of aging. This facial includes a thorough analysis, deep cleansing and a natural fruit acid exfoliating peel to rapidly remove dead skin cells. Advanced algae-based peptides, hyaluronic acid and a variety of plant extracts are said to help to firm and diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, leaving skin younger looking, toned, soothed and luminous.
- Signature Radiance Facial ($165, 50 min./$225, 80 min.): The Signature Radiance Facial is a customized treatment that combines active vitamin C, natural fruit acids and a wide variety of potent botanical extracts and co-enzymes which are said to brighten skin, improve tone and texture, and minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
- French Green Clay, Seaweed and Grape Stem Cell Detox Wrap ($245, 80 min.): This body wrap begins with a gentle sugar exfoliation to smooth and improve skin tone and texture. Shea butter and noni make skin silky-smooth, while the peppermint-infused French green clay detox body mask helps to draw out impurities while nourishing skin. Coconut and argan oils, grape stem cells and tea extracts help to hydrate and improve tone and texture.
- Ginger-Coconut-Argan Sugar Glow ($175, 50 min.): This natural treatment begins with a lively citrus-kombucha body wash followed by the vibrant aromas of ginger-line sugar scrub. Warm, nourishing coconut, argan, avocado and apricot oils, infused with rose hip and vitamin E are slowly drizzled onto skin for superior hydration, nourishment and relaxation.
