Skin Inc. Magazine Finalist for ASBPE Award

Skin Inc. magazine is proud to announce that it is a finalist for a Regional award in the 30th Annual Awards Competition of the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE).

The entry, which was entered in the category of the Midwest-South Region for publications with a circulation under 80,000, is for a regular contributed column called "Good Hands" written by Dermalogica and The International Dermal Institute's Annet King. The columns specified were February 2007's "Good Hands: Back to the Beginning" and July 2007's "Good Hands: Stepping Up for Success."

King is the director of training and development for The International Dermal Institute (IDI) and is both CIDESCO- and CIBTAC-certified. She has more than 18 years of skin care industry experience and oversees IDI locations throughout the world, including in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

ASBPE’s competition recognizes the hard work and commitment of business and professional magazine, newsletter and Web editors and designers. This award is a prestigious acknowledgement that Skin Inc. magazine's work has met high standards of excellence and is at the top of its profession. The Society’s contest is extremely competitive, drawn from more than 2,600 entries—by far, the largest U.S. business competition. Its judges are experienced business editors, designers, consultants and academicians.
