15 ounces organic papaya
3 tablespoons wild honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
7 to 8 sprigs of mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon of green cardamom powder
4 fresh strawberries, chopped
1 fresh kiwi, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 cups fresh coconut water
Step 1. Peel, clean and cut papaya into cubes and place in a blender.
Step 2. Add honey, lemon juice, 4 to 5 mint sprigs, green cardamom powder, grated lemon peel, sea salt, coconut water and blend together until the mixture becomes a smooth puree.
Step 3. Refrigerate for almost 5 to 6 hours.
Step 4. Serve with fresh chopped strawberry and kiwi and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
