Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery has announced that they have acquired Tampa Palms Dermatology. The acquisition was the result of Ruth Hanno, M.D., Tampa Palms Dermatology founder, leaving the practice to focus more exclusively on dermatopathology.
"As the quality option in dermatology, Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery's philosophies and commitment to patient care make this transition a viable and sound decision for the best interests of the practice," said Hanno. "It was of critical importance to me that Tampa Palms Dermatology aligned with the right group of practitioners and professionals, and I am pleased with the ultimate outcome and our experience with Riverchase to date."
The move also comes as Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is working on expanding their services in the area. Currently, they offer a total of 27 dermatology and cosmetic surgery locations and employ over 50 practitioners throughout Florida.
