As we prepare for 2016, I thought it would be a great idea to ask clients what keeps them coming back for treatments and why they stay loyal to their esthetician. Here are #10things that clients LOVE about their skin care therapist.

1. Needed relaxation

“We take the first few minutes to catch-up and then she says to me, ‘This is your time to relax—no more talking.’ She gives me permission to be quiet and have some me time.” –Kim J., Seattle
