Business Deal

DW Healthcare Partners (DWHP) and Linden Capital Partners have acquired Edge Systems, as announced on Dec. 5, 2016.

Edge Systems currently has over 7,000 systems in place with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas across 75 countries. The company is well-known for its HydraFacial and Perk systems.

New Leadership

Linden and DWHP have also announced that they will be making Clint Carnell and Steve Fanning, CEO and chairman of Edge Systems, respectively. When asked about taking over the position as chairman of Edge Systems, Steve Fanning said, “Edge is recognized as a pioneer in non-invasive aesthetic treatments, and we are excited by the continued growth potential of this business.”

DWHP and Linden Capital Partners are private equity firms focused primarily in mid-sized healthcare and life sciences companies.
