Dermalogica co-founder and chief visionary, Jane Wurwand, spoke at WE Day California about the importance of learning and how to succeed in business.

Held on April 27, 2017, the day-long event brought together world-renowned speakers, performers and middle and high school students to inspire social impact and global change. Jane Wurwand shared her personal story of immigrating to America and struggling to start a business.

WE Day is a celebration of youth making a difference in their local and global communities. WE Schools is the year-long program that nurtures compassion in young people and gives them the tools to create transformational social change.

“It doesn’t matter where you came from. It only matters where you’re going. Don’t ever shrink yourself. Never diminish what you can do. I didn’t go to college, didn’t get a business degree. I got a skillset. I had a dream and set out to achieve it,” said Dermalogica co-founder Jane Wurwand.
