During the 15th Annual Business Awards (ABAs), Zeel won a bronze Stevie Award in the customer service department of the year category.

About the ABAs

The American Business Awards is a U.S.-based business awards program. Organizations—both public and private, for-profit and non-profit—may submit nominations. More than 3,600 nominations from organizations in nearly every industry were evaluated, and more than 190 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie award winners.

Zeel was nominated in the customer service department of the year category. It’s the first year the on-demand massage company was considered for an award.

Attention to Detail

The company’s convenience and attention to detail include live customer service via text, email and phone; for bookings as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 10:30 p.m., 365 days a year and in 60-plus U.S. cities.

The name Stevie is taken from the name Stephen, which is derived from the Greek for “crowned.” Entries for the 2018 ABAs will open in October 2018.
