HVS and Mackman ES Partner to Boost Spa Wellness

Mackman ES, a spa and wellness consultant has formed a partnership with HVS in the U.S. to fulfill the necessity of comprehensive, future-driven, spa and wellness valuation, feasibility and strategic planning.

According to an article in hospitalitynet.org, the global wellness real estate market has risen 19% from $100 billion in 2013 to $118.6 billion in 2015. According to the Global Wellness Institute, the wellness market is continuing to grow at $563 billion and the global spa business is to grow to $99 billion. Furthermore, wellness real estate is expected to rise from $134 billion in 2017 to $180 billion by 2022, which contributes $3.72 trillion to the global wellness market.

HVS appointed Mia Mackman, founder and principal of Mackman ES, as HVS director of spa and wellness consulting to help engage in the industry.
