WTS International appointed Penny Kriel as corporate operations director for spa. Kriel will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of accounts in the Northeast region of the United States. She will work directly with WTS' clients and directors to ensure successful operations, marketing and financial performance.
Kriel has 15 years of experience in the spa industry, most recently holding the position of spa director for the Salamander Resort & Spa in Middleburg, Virginia.
