Hay Creek Hotels has hired Karen Montanez to manage Läka Spa in downtown Wayzata’s Hotel Landing.
Montanez brings with her over 13 years of experience as a certified massage therapist. Recently, she worked at Massage Envy in Golden Valley, Minnesota, where she helped train and hire new therapists. In addition, she has worked as an adjunct massage therapy instructor at Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork and the Minnesota School of Business.
In her new role, she will be managing and overseeing operations at the Läka Spa.The Läka Spa features a range of treatment that includes facials, body scrubs, wraps and massages. They will also be offering makeup services and male inclusive treatments.
