John C. Gray, founder and CEO of Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa, announced that he is concluding his 34-year career at Glen Ivy at the close of 2010 and will be partnering with Todd Voelker, Glen Ivy's architect, to form Voelker Gray Design on January 1, 2011. The firm plans to offer clients inspired architectural design with experience-based operational and financial practicality. www.spadesign.net
