Hotel Punta Tragara on the Isle of Capri launches UNICA Beauty and Spa. Hotel Punta Tragara is a boutique cliffside villa overlooking the famed Faraglioni sea stacks and the breezy Marina Piccola bay. Incorporating these surrounding elements, UNICA Beauty and Spa taps into the ancient healing powers of sea salt and algae to create an enchanting menu of massage and beauty rituals. UNICA Beauty and Spa is the result of a €700,000 renovation that saw the complete redesign and reconceptualization of Punta Tragara’s existing spa. The spa was designed by Italian architect Livio Talamona, whose previous work includes the restoration of the famous Monumental Church in Capri as well as several private villas in Capri and Naples. UNICA Beauty and Spa flows serenely from indoors to out, with 250 square meters of crisply painted plaster, locally-inspired mosaics, gentle illumination and four treatment rooms, each with a stunning view of the water’s-edge beauty below.
