Who’s Eligible?

To be eligible to participate, entrants must have completed Skin Inc. magazine's Reader Feedback Survey and supplied a valid mailing address to which their prize can be delivered by FedEx and must have a valid e-mail address in order to receive notification. Employees of Skin Inc. magazine or its parent company, Allured Business Media, as well as the employees' immediate families are not eligible to participate in the contest.

How to Enter

To enter, you must complete the Reader Feedback Survey and enter your demographic information for the drawing between May 27, 2014 and June 6, 2014.
Limit of one entry per person.
Submission of invalid or incorrect information, including e-mail addresses, will make an entry void.
Allured Business Media is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, or otherwise deficient or unusable entries.

Prize

One (1) $200 Visa Gift Card for Three (3) Winners
There is no cash value. Prize will be shipped within six weeks of verification of winners. Winners assume all responsibility for the use of the gift card.

Entrant's Responsibilities

By entering to win a gift card in Skin Inc. magazine's Reader Feedback Survey, each entrant agrees that he or she has read, understands, and will comply with these Rules; will be solely responsible for payment of any and all taxes due and for any liability related to such participation or prize; and will defend and hold Allured Business Media, and its related officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from any such liability. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification. Each entrant represents and warrants that he or she is eligible to participate, that the information being submitted is correct, and that the entry constitutes consent, without further compensation, to post the winner's name on SkinInc.com and Skin Inc.'s social media outlets.

Selection and Notification of Winner

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. Winners will be selected from eligible respondents. Three eligible people will be selected.
Notification: Winners will be notified by e-mail within 10 days after the closing of the drawing on June 6, 2014.
If the Winners fail to respond within 72 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.

Void Where Prohibited

The contest is subject to all United States federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and rules and to any laws, regulations, and rules in other countries. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
