As a skin care professional, you are tasked on a daily basis to ensure that your clients have a unique experience during their spa visits. Additionally, you see the importance in educating your clients about the value of professional skin care. Ultimately, you probably are striving for overall enhanced outcomes. Are my assumptions correct? Like you, my role as a trade show organizer is very similar. How? It is my goal to ensure that the attendee—which is you, the skin care professional—visits the Face & Body Northern California Spa Conference and Expo at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California, on August 24–26, 2013, to enhance your knowledge, engage through supplier interaction, network with industry peers and enhance your overall experience. Yes, just like you, I want to inspire our customers.
